The soil in South Jersey boasts remarkable richness. Our plot of the Garden State has yielded a diverse array of crops including wheat, rye, soybeans, heirloom blue corn, and pumpkins. We intend to source raw materials from local producers, as well as complement our supply with grains grown on our own land. Our meticulous selection of botanicals from around the world, ensures only the finest specimens make their way into our still.
